Polite and helpful staff both in reception, the dining area and housekeeping. Nothing was too much fort them. Thanks to Adriana for going that extra mile to make our stay outstanding.
My daughters and I loved the exceptional breakfast at Upon Residences with lots of lovely fresh fruit, cheese, pastries and lovely bread as well as cooked breakfast.
We absolutely loved the apartment and hanging out at the pool area too.

My Wife and i recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Lisbon, Portugal, I wanted to share my experience. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that we had chosen the right place for our visit to this vibrant city. The studio room we stayed in was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, well-furnished, and had a kitchenette equipped with modern appliances. We found this kitchenette particularly handy as we could prepare our own meals when we wanted to. The comfortable bed ensured we got a good night's rest after exploring the city. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to both the airport and the city centre. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore Lisbon's various attractions. What truly made our stay exceptional was the friendly and accommodating staff. I must mention Hiago de Sa at the reception desk, who went out of his way to assist us with all our inquiries. We also had the pleasure of interacting with the wonderful members of the restaurant team during our stay. Unfortunately, we didn't catch their names, but their warm and attentive service made our dining experience truly memorable. We must say, we loved the Sangrias they served! In conclusion, we would undoubtedly stay at this hotel again. It is a brilliant place with a perfect studio room, a well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and an ideal location. The warm and hospitable staff, especially the two restaurant team members who spoke to us in English added a special touch to our stay, making it even more enjoyable. Our overall experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return to this gem of a hotel on our next trip to Lisbon.
One small drawback was the shower taps, which were a bit tricky to use. However, this minor inconvenience was overshadowed by all the other great aspects of our stay.

The beds were comfy, the view of the stadium was spectacular, the rooftop pool was amazing and the staff were all very attentive! Will be sure to come back here when I come back to Lisbon
Breakfast service needs work. The food was great, but every morning I went down I had to ask for coffee cups because there weren't any laid out on the buffet table. When I asked for one I was told I'd find them at the table but they were never there. However, that was a minor inconvenience. Other than that breakfast was lovely! They have a great variety of food and drink to choose from
