Location and the home ideia. It’s perfect for families with babies.
The standards of cleaning were better last time I stayed in 2024.
This time the dishes were not in good condition some of the knives were rusted, dishwasher had been used for someone before me and the staff didn’t clean, the toilet trash were broken. The clean staff must be more rigorous with the cleaning.

Great pool with wonderful view.
Great customer service from desk staff!
Very spacious apartments, had everything we needed. There was a grocery store in walking distance so we were able to walk to get groceries and cook in the apartment.
In walking distance of subway and shopping mall.
The breakfast was awful!!
Wish it had been closer to city center.

Upon Residences was a very family friendly place to stay. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed having everything we needed in the apartment rather than staying in a regular hotel room.
One thing that I would have changed is having the cleaning staff come earlier in the day/morning. In the afternoons, our boys are napping so we weren’t able to get our room cleaned, because the cleaning staff came later in the day.

Everything was great. It was cleans, spacious, and accommodating to families. The staff were spectacular. We got to the hotel late at night and everything had already closed near by but the staff still were able to grab a cup of milk for my baby which i truly appreciated.
The location. It was a bit further out but it was close to the metro. It was about 25-30 min to get to the center city of lisbon

This was a calm and cozy hotel that was walking distance to the stadium. There's literally a walkway that leads you right to it. So if you're staying for an event, this is an ideal location and hotel to stay at.
My only knock is that there are no cafes or restaurants in walking distance. So you would likely have to take a taxi to see something unique.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect and we had plenty of space for my family of 5. The staff was very friendly. We felt it was a great value. The grocery store across the street was very handy!
The breakfast buffet was very busy and the food was subpar. The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors below us very late at night.
