Everything was great. It was cleans, spacious, and accommodating to families. The staff were spectacular. We got to the hotel late at night and everything had already closed near by but the staff still were able to grab a cup of milk for my baby which i truly appreciated.
The location. It was a bit further out but it was close to the metro. It was about 25-30 min to get to the center city of lisbon

This was a calm and cozy hotel that was walking distance to the stadium. There's literally a walkway that leads you right to it. So if you're staying for an event, this is an ideal location and hotel to stay at.
My only knock is that there are no cafes or restaurants in walking distance. So you would likely have to take a taxi to see something unique.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect and we had plenty of space for my family of 5. The staff was very friendly. We felt it was a great value. The grocery store across the street was very handy!
The breakfast buffet was very busy and the food was subpar. The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors below us very late at night.

I had a very nice stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location is great and close to everything you might need. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Location and design
The details provided by Upon indicated the rooms were sound proof. This is so far from the truth and the sound was absolutely horrible. You could actually hear people having a conversation. I really feel I deserve some sort of discount because they lied claiming the rooms are soundproof. This was one of the main features that attracted me to book with them.
